Tuna recipes: quick, healthy meals with protein
Canned tuna in water is one of the cheapest, fastest ways to add protein: there is nothing to cook and it has very little fat. These recipes use it in salads, bowls, and a quick sauté ready in 15 minutes or less, handy on days when you have no energy to cook.
